My deepest thanks and gratitude to you and everyone at B&T for the extraordinary level of service I received when building my house. Being 3000 miles away and 9 months pregnant did not make for the best of circumstances when trying to design my dream kitchen. B&T made the process simple and easy for me during a very stressful time. The plans were emailed promptly and I was given careful solicited advice to aide in my decisions.
When I finally got the chance to come to your store to pick out the final touches you were incredibly helpful in guiding me toward the selections that fit my needs. You were able to narrow down select countertops and hardware that reflected the continuity and flow I was trying to achieve in my house. As a result I am happy to report the room I spend most of my time in, the kitchen, is the happiest room in our house. My 6 month old has enjoyed her first solid foods sitting atop the honed granite and I rest easy knowing the "blue motion" feature will prevent her tiny fingers from being caught in any drawer or cabinet.
